So it is our religious duty to consciously eat the right food at the right time so that our body can stay healthy. Food is a dynamic force that is rich in this life force. Different kinds of food not only interact with our physical body but also with our mind. If we do not eat the right food, it creates an energy imbalance between our body & mind which is unhealthy.

In Nutritional Healing segment, we give a specific guideline on diet according to the ailment that the patient is suffering. Detailed explanation is given of the reactions taking place in the body of a particular food intake.

Using the knowledge of the nutrients & the healthy properties of different ingredients that are beneficial for a particular disorder, we give customized diet which helps in boosting the life force of our body.

Some General Guidelines for eating healthy food.
1. Have a yellow fruits or vegetables in one of the meal

2. Have some sprouts everyday (gives vitamin c)

3. Have a Green Leafy vegetables once in a day (gives vitamins & minerals)

4. Have seasonal fruits and vegetables in rotation

5. Have some juices (fruits or green leafy vegetables ) they are alkaline and contain good enzymes easy to digest.


Eating Rules
1. Food should be Hot when eaten

2. You should eat in silence and eat with more awareness.

3. Never full your stomach fully ( keep at least a quarter empty)

4. Sit for 10 15 min in Vajrasana after meals.

5. Walk a 100 steps after that

6. Rest for half an hour on your left after lunch.


Ingredients – 1 cup Hara mung, ½ an onion, small piece of ginger, jeera powder ,coriander leaves, salt, pepper, chaat masala, lime. Hara mung Tikki (kababs)

Protein packed has fibre and have nutrients like manganese, potassium, zinc , palate and copper.

1. Soak 1 cup of raw hara mung beans overnight in water.

2. Morning wash them , drain the water , add 1 cup of fresh water and boil till tender.

3. Remove all the water by straining it.

4. Let it dry for half an hr.

5. Then mash adding some grated ginger, onion finery chopped, coriander leaves , jeera powder, salt and pepper ( to taste)

6. Take one teaspoon olive oil ,mix well in the mashed hara mung.

7. Put some oil in your palm.

8. Make small round tikkis.

9. Take a non stick pan and roast it with little olive or sesame oil gently, till brown on both sides

10. Serve with some lime and chaat masala on it
